Just two days after I saw Oliver for his call-up at Hampstead Garden Suburb Synagogue I joined the family in the beautiful ballroom at the Langham Hotel in London for his Bar Mitzvah.
After the family portraits and welcome reception, guests were ushered into the ballroom which had been transformed into an atmospheric space by the superb Uptown Events.
What followed was an evening of heartfelt and amusing speeches, the odd surprise and a party that packed every square inch of the huge dance floor. What a night!
