A beautiful destination pre-wedding shoot in Tuscany, Italy, exploring the streets of Florence with Oliver and Monika.
Back in January I’d met up with Monika and Oliver on a cold and wintery day in London for their UK pre-wedding shoot. They were heading to Singapore that weekend for a work secondment and we’d run out of time to reschedule!
Roll forward eight months and here I was in Florence. The location and weather couldn’t have been more different. The sleet and concrete brutalism had been replaced by warm sunshine and the beautiful vistas and architecture of one of the world’s most romantic cities.
Monika & Oliver had fallen in love with Florence. During their pre-wedding briefing back in the UK I’d raised the idea of a short pre-wedding shoot as an opportunity to get some alone time before packing up their bags and heading up into the hills ahead of their wedding at the beautiful Villa Medicea Di Lilliano.
Florence is understandably a tourist mecca but here were were, at 8am, in beautiful Florence on a street safari with the city all to ourselves. This is what we got up to!
