So how do I begin to describe Project Awesome? It’s more than just a free fitness class to kick start your day before most people are even out of bed. It’s an hour packed with positive energy with an emphasis on feeling, for want of a better word, awesome, and over time has helped develop a community packed full of inspiring people.

Founded by Danny Bent, the hugging explorer, Project Awesome has grown from humble beginnings in London and in late August 2015 it was approaching it’s first birthday. At the same time I’d been working on developing some images to elevate Danny’s brand. One thing led to another and I ended up documenting their Wednesday fitness session at the Scoop at More London.

To get an essence of what goes on take a look at the images, and then I’d strongly recommend you head to one of the three sessions a week across London, or the sessions being run out of Bristol and Edinburgh.
